COACHING OVERVIEW
STEP I – Identify purpose and desire – Clarify what it is that you would like to achieve and imagine specifically what you would like your life to look like.
STEP II – Identify blocks – This step involves both looking at the moments in your day-to-day life where you find yourself ‘getting in your own way’ as well as the more deeply rooted blocks that we’ve created in the past as misdirected ‘protection’ that no longer serves us.
STEP III – Release – I like to call this ‘changing the record.’ Depending on the blocks specific to each individual, together we will come up with a realistic way to release these blocks from the job we’ve previously given them. Once we’ve done this, you will find that you can move forward with ease and confidence into Step IV (Action).
STEP IV – Action – Here is the exciting part where you get to exercise this new muscle you’ve developed! Together, we will come up with very definitive ways to achieve what you have identified in Step I as your purpose and desire with out the blocks you have identified in Step II and previously released in Step III.
STEP V – Gratitude – This step involves not only recognizing what you have already achieved and what you are capable of but also reaching out to others to offer your service, either monetarily or by volunteering your time. By identifying the organizations that help people precisely in what you look to gain, you will find strength and confidence in your own abilities.
